Project Scope
Located in Beykoz, one of Istanbul’s most beautiful districts, Maritza Vadi Homes was built using eco-friendly construction technologies. Featuring contemporary architecture, Maritza Vadi Homes consists of 21 buildings and 252 apartments.
On the exterior facades of the buildings, 21,000 m² of compact laminate and 12,000 m² of the Sto Facade System were used.
